I never really got into GS at all. But a new space theme would be cool. Preferably one with an actual story.
I think we need to see more huge sci-fi sets, that explore all kinds of territory. An alien bar, a modular marsh with sunken buildings, a desolate dessert with an old space station, I think we even need stuff like a science fiction Modular! A lot of the Starwars sets are space ships and the few buildings that come along aren't really buildings more like facades or play sets. I think Lego needs to move sci-fi up a couple notches, how cool would it be to be able to buy like a huge building with glass walls and sleek computer interfaces :0.
You have to understand that full scale versions of these sets would cost thousands. I think LEGO is making just the right size playsets. Look at the silver mine for example

NinjagoNerd, Rumors have it that LEGO will be making a Mos-Eisley Cantina this Summer.
While it appears that The LEGO Movie spaceship will be the only space-themed set in 2014, I'm hoping for another wave of GS.Post you thoughts here!
Yeah!I'd love to have a space theme with a TV show!
Meh, i'm hoping Galaxy Squad gets discontinued, the uniforms look cool and so were the sets, but in the end its just a really bad "We're going back to the nostalgia!" of insectoids, because once again, lego's continuity stinks.Maybe we'll get a new theme with the word "Tron" again, that would be nice, but they are probably going to do more "Zacto Zappers" and "Planetary Team" or some crazy thing like that which doesn't resemble the original space, the REAL space, at all. Where did we go wrong?Oh yeah... Alien Conquest...When are we going to get a reboot theme? If LEGO will make a Space Police III, then what about a Blacktron III or an Exploriens II? LEGO never gives us the stuff we want, at least not when it comes to space. Yep, we begged for seatron and they still haven't made it yet, not only that, i can't even remember when people first started whining for Blacktron III.Okay this is starting to become a rant and its derailing from Galaxy Squad...Anyway, maybe they will make another galaxy squad wave after a gap in 2014, but i highly doubt it even though it would be awesome. QuoteYeah!I'd love to have a space theme with a TV show! There has never been a LEGO Space TV Show and i'm desperate for one, not like LEGO will make one because they don't focus on the core themes, because now the core themes aren't important anymore, they're all just like every other standalone theme, and that means LEGO won't do anything COOL or FUN with it.
thats basically the reason why i don't like ninjago, here is a graph of how it went downhill with that kind of stuff:* Skeletons = Awesome* Snakes = Cool* Pirates = Uhh* Golem People = Cool* Robots = Thats it, i'm out of here.At least the golems got some people back, but still, robots is what blew everything up. Robots vs. Ninjas is like when i was watching that stupid movie Aliens vs. Ninjas. But hopefully, just hopefully, we will get a GOOD Ninjago subtheme, thats actually ninja-based and not with all this insane futuristic stuff.
